Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years of extensive Project Management experience Cheryl brings a wealth of hands-on experience to our clients. She has managed over $280 million in both Real Estate Development and Commercial Construction projects in the Northeast both as a Senior Project Manager and as a Field Superintendent. 

Her strong background in Project Management, Operations, Estimating, Scheduling and Field Supervision as well as her dedication to LEED “Green Building” strategies and technologies provides her a unique perspective as she meets the needs as well as the design, scheduling, budgetary and logistical constraints of our clients.

 She has a heartfelt understanding and appreciation for the challenges that today’s clients face and constantly strives to make their building or renovation experience a highly successful and enjoyable one.

Joey Santos

Chief Operations Officer

Joey  brings over 24 years of  Technical experience to Paradigm and he is not only fully committed to the concept of 100% customer satisfaction but also to the development and refinement of our internal processes in order to assure a highly effective and cohesive Operations Team.

From a high level, he oversees each and every project to make certain the installations are delivered on schedule, on budget and fully comply with all current TIA/EIA Standards and meet all Project Specifications and Technical Requirements.  

His  years of extensive field experience encompass such projects in California as San Jose Sharks Arena, Sun Micro Systems in Menlo Park and “Cisco City” in San Jose.  He was Project Lead for numerous large multi-site national roll-outs for EZ Pawn, Pep Boys and Valero Stations.  His wealth of experience provides the backdrop and support for our staff.

Joey’s keen attention to detail and comprehensive Project Management skills enable him to train and further develop the technical capabilities of our field personnel and instill a strong desire and aptitude for technical expertise, project planning and installation quality control in our Lead Technicians.
